For our US-based clients we additionally advise on matters concerning international purchases and sales of goods and produce, and bank-related matters.

For our Latin American and non-US clients, we also advise on customary US contractual matters. When US-based companies fail to pay for purchases or become subject to bankruptcy, we represent our non-US based clients, including credit insurers to collect the funds rightfully owed to them. As our attorneys are admitted in many US Federal courts and state courts, we are usually able to represent clients in many applicable jurisdictions, thus saving our clients considerable expense from not having to engage multiple law firms.
