We represent foreign based wine exporters that ship to the United States.  We represent them in federal district and bankruptcy courts to assist them in collecting open invoices and accounts pending with US importers.  Our clients are located in various countries including Chile and Argentina.  In addition, we have represented foreign based credit insurers with respect to the collection of wine related accounts receivable of their insureds.
