The Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation
This post is also available in: Spanish, Portuguese

The firm represents clients in obtaining the benefits of contracting under and resolving international produce disputes by means of the international produce dispute trading organization, the Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation of North America, (“DRC”).   We review contracts for clients who wish to utilize the DRC trading rules or dispute forum.

The DRC not only is an international dispute resolution forum for the fresh produce industry, but also is a pioneer in establishing international trading rules for the fresh produce trade. Stokes Law Office, LLP partner, Craig Stokes was among the first persons selected to act as an arbitrators in the DRC, the tri-national dispute resolution body formed under Section 707 of the North American Free Trade Agreement (“NAFTA”).
