What Types of Agriculture Products are Covered by PACA?

Just about all produce is covered by PACA.  Generally all transactions in fresh or frozen produce are subject to the rules and protections of PACA.  Some agricultural products that are not thought of as fruits and vegetables, such as mushrooms, root crops, herbs, even some kinds of flowers are products that can be covered by PACA.  Learn more about the types of fresh and frozen products that the USDA has determined are protected by PACA.
