Products Covered
“Products of Agriculture” mean any product useful to the human species which results from the application of the science and part of the production of plants and animals.
Who is Protected?
While the law protects citizens of Utah, only the Utah Attorney General may bring actions under this law on behalf of the Utah Department of Agriculture.
Who is Subject to the Law?
Any Utahperson engaged in the production, processing, handling, marketing, sale or distribution of products of agriculture.
Claims Period
Not applicable only the Department of Agriculture can file complaints under this act.

Not applicable.
